Our Story

Larry is a former investment banker and commercial bank executive with more than 35 years of experience. Having served as President and Treasurer of multiple HOAs, he realized that many associations lacked experience when raising capital for their community.

Seeing the need for a loan brokerage service dedicated exclusively to HOA financing, Larry left the banking industry in 2016 to start Arch Capital Solutions (ACS). His son, Ben, joined the ACS team two years later.

The father-son duo understand the intricacies of navigating the loan marketplace and the complexity of board relations. Their nuanced expertise and industry relationships enable them to secure the best loan terms possible for their clients. Their mission is to provide industry-leading advisory services and personalized support while advocating for their clients’ HOA financing needs.

Larry is passionate about seeing young people achieve financial success. As a former college educator, he saw too many young adults lacking the basic knowledge needed to effectively manage their finances. That is what inspired him to write “Coins in the Sofa,” a book that helps young adults learn how to manage their finances responsibly.
